Coming from a journalism background, I fell in love with filmmaking while producing videos for a magazine in Columbia, Missouri.

As a filmmaker and a storyteller, I love exploring the nuances in stories and characters. I approach stories from the characters' standpoints, and I try to understand them- no one is inherently good or bad.

When I'm not working, I enjoy learning about new things and exploring new places- new recipes, new restaurants, new travel destinations, new cultures- anything that excites me.
